Your donation will cover the cost of a 2-day Legacy Dad Course for one father, which includes facilitation by an accredited Bright Star Lifestyle Facilitator, training materials and resources, light lunch, refreshments and a certificate of participation.
With a special focus on fathers and fathers-to-be the Legacy Dad Course teaches fathers how to become a positive role model, to lead by example and leave a positive legacy. The course aims to equip fathers to:
- Be intentionally involved by performing key roles (focusing on the father himself);
- Help children thrive, using talking and playing techniques (focus on relationship with his child);
- Impact others around him through thinking and listening skills (focus relationships with others).
The Legacy Dad Course is presented in collaboration with Bright Star Lifestyle and The World Needs a Father.
