FARR Launched The HMHB© Healthy Mother Healthy Baby© FASD Prevention Programme in Bethelsdorp
On 9th September 2015 – International FASD Awareness Day
FARR, together with our partners the Eastern Cape Liquor Board and South African Breweries launched The Healthy Mother Health Baby© FASD Prevention Programme in Bethelsdorp at the Cleary Community Hall.
Attended by government officials, stakeholders, the community and politicians from national, provincial and local government. We gave insight into the need for PREVENTION of FASD and healthy pregnancy’s to produce healthy FASD FREE babies. In other areas we have reduced the incidence by 30%.
